Loja Real Estate, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Loja Group, LLC, is a real estate management and operations company formed to acquire retail real estate assets throughout the United States on behalf of investors. Building on the respective 40+year operating and performance track records of Katherine Burr in institutional fund management and Thomas Engberg in commercial retail real estate investment the company has established an exemplary track record over the past 10+ years . Loja is a team of multidisciplinary professionals who enjoy the challenges and rewards of hard work, creative problem solving and exceeding the goals and expectations of colleagues and collaborators. Presently investing a separate account on behalf of a HNW family based in Denver, CO Loja has built a $300M investment grade real estate portfolio. Our investment focus is on core retail operating properties and on retail and mixed-use redevelopments. Loja’s uniqueness comes from the diverse and deep backgrounds of its principals. Beyond a long history of real estate development, ownership and operation Loja’s executive team has facility in capital markets, financial market investment and management and economic forecasting. Loja is known for its ability to identify opportunity, for its crisp and transparent execution and its ability to see and manage risk.
